The Honeywell Dolphin 99EX has been specifically designed for the requirements in logistics, transport and the healthcare industry. It is highly reliabile and boasts an extremely long battery life of up to 9 hours, and with the extended battery, up to 15 hours. This ensures top performance for an entire shift, even on longer workdays. Thanks to its many connectivity options (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GSM and CDMA), you stay mobile, yet can still transfer data and use voice communication anywhere, ensuring that field service staff have constant access to relevant data. Via software control, you choose the best available network at the time you need it, for a continuous wireless link, even in on-going operation. This allows for real-time communication at a very high level, and, thanks to GPS, location and navigation are no problem, but rather standard functions. The 1.0 GHz processor ensures for the necessary speed, plus the operating system (Windows Embedded Handheld) comes pre-installed. The innovative Adaptus 6.0 technology guarantees you the highest performance in scanning both 1D and 2D barcodes; the 99EX will win you over with its speed, improved movement tolerance and increased reading distance. There is also a 3.1 megapixel camera as an additional feature. Thanks to their very bright touch displays, they can also perform perfectly for users in more challenging environments, such as in direct sunlight, in the dark or in fluorescent lighting. Navigate comfortably via hand or stylus on the large 9 cm (3.7'') screen. According to the requirements, there are several keyboard layouts available, with either 34, 43 or 55 keys. In addition to the standard version, optionally choose the more ergonomic gun version (99GX). This allows users to work faster and more productively, while completing even the most scan-intensive applications comfortably and without fatigue. The EXhc version has been specially designed for the requirements in the healthcare sector or the food industry, with specially manufactured housing for easy cleaning. Especially for use in explosive atmospheres, ATEX-certified (zone 2) models are at your disposal. All versions are highly robust and withstand repeated drops from heights of 1.8 metres. They also comply with IP67 standards and are fully operational even under extreme temperatures between -20 and +50 °C.
